Karnes City Auction, Inc. formally owned by Parker Schendel was purchased April 1, 2009 by Brian Morris and Ronnie Morris. We welcome the opportunity to provide the facility for the sellers and buyers of livestock.
Cattle, Goats, Sheep, Horses and Donkeys have been traded through Karnes City Auction, Inc. for the past 30 years. Located in Karnes County, the auction serves the surrounding Dewitt, Victoria, Goliad, Bee, Live Oak, Atascosa, Wilson and Gonzales counties. According to the USDA, there are 399.000 head of cattle located in these counties representing 8% of the total number of cattle in Texas.

Sale
Karnes City Auction, Inc. sale is every Saturday at 10:30 am starting with the hogs, followed by the goats, sheep and bottled calves. The Cattle Auction starts at 12:00 noon.
Buyers
Our Saturday Auction attracts many of the Major Buyers. Being the last sale day of the week they are able to finish out their orders for the week or start for the next week. Major Cattle Companies are buying at our market and our sellers have been able to provide them cattle to fit their orders. You can bring your cattle to the Karnes City Auction Barn on Saturdays knowing that the Buyers will be there.
